Dr. William Milo
While having a sense of fulfillment developing diabetic products, he felt he could help more people obtain a better quality of life by becoming a Chiropractor. This is why he returned to school to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Florida.
In his teenage years, he began receiving adjustments to assist with the occasional overtraining, injury prevention, and overall flexibility. It proved to be very effective during football and baseball season. Chiropractic was and is still an integral part of his healthcare team. Between his coaches and other health care providers he knew that he was hitting the field at his optimum.
While practicing in Miami he had the opportunity to treat current and retired professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, tennis leagues, and many other sports. The experience and satisfaction gained through these encounters has shaped his practice. Although he treats many conditions in the office, he really enjoys working with athletes and has personally seen the effects of preventative care.
After working as a Chiropractor in Miami Florida for some time, Dr. Milo and his wife decided to move to South Carolina to be closer to his wife’s family in Moncks Corner. Dr. Milo’s wife, Erin, whom he met at FSU, was born in Berkeley County. They have three daughters named Mia, Lilliana, and Carly. His wife and three children receive the benefits of regular Chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Shauna’s passion for chiropractic care began firsthand. Growing up in Bellefontaine, Ohio, she was an active athlete whose love for basketball was nearly cut short by injury during high school. After just one chiropractic adjustment, she experienced immediate relief—and with continued care, she was able to stay on the court throughout both her high school and college career. That powerful experience sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others heal naturally.
Inspired to serve, Dr. Shauna pursued her chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she graduated magna cum laude in June 2005. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal, she brings both expertise and compassion to every patient interaction.
Dr. Shauna lives in Summerville, SC with her husband, Keith, and their three sons—Bralen, Lovie, and Hayes. She understands the demands of family life and is passionate about helping patients feel their best so they can fully enjoy the moments that matter most.
Dr. Shauna believes true healing comes from the inside out—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At Milo Chiropractic, she is known for truly listening, creating personalized care plans, and meeting patients exactly where they are. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, or long-term wellness, Dr. Shauna is honored to partner with you on your journey to better health.
